User: any natural person, with or without an account, using the services or the Site as a customer or as a simple visitor to the Site.

Any failure to answer a mandatory field or failure to agree on the PPD will result in the form not being sent to the Company.

Data recipients

The data collected is intended for the use of the site. The data may be transmitted to Partners in connection with the activity of the Site, police or justice services in the context of legal requisitions.

1) Right of access, rectification and deletion of data; right to object to processing.
